With Gosawa, you can rest assured that we only feature quality local businesses. We research every single business to try and ensure they live up to their image. We do our best to ensure our members enjoy using their Gosawa coupons.


We are here to support you

If for some reason the business has let you down in some major way, or your coupon was rejected for no valid reason, let us know right away. Although we are not responsible for the quality of service delivered by the merchant, in extreme cases, Gosawa may be able to credit your Gosawa account for the cost of the coupon. We cannot, however, under any circumstance provide a refund if the coupon has been used or after the coupon period has expired. We do not offer cash refunds.


Product defects

Should a product purchased through our website arrive defected, you have 3 business days to return the item back to our office for an exchange. The item must be unused, in its original box, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories.


Read the terms and know what you are buying

We do what we can to keep members happy and to keep you coming back. We only ask that you do your part when buying a coupon. Make sure you read the deal description carefully and also understand the terms and conditions of the coupon (e.g. expiry date or any other limitations mentioned in the deal terms). We clearly indicate this information for each deal.


Be Generous

If you don’t think you will be able to redeem your coupon within the specified time period, gift it to someone you care about and let them enjoy a Gosawa experience. Karma will pay you back for it!
