The system is based on fighting science and real education to develop effective skills. The curriculum is a step by step, it builds on foundations and keeps developing in a scientific method as fighting gets more complicated. You can start seeing effective results for self defense in as little as 3 to 4 months. The training and education comes both hand in hand as the training works on physical capabilities as well as technical. You don’t need to go and invest in gyms to burn that extra weight, the training itself included works on helping you shape up. Praetorians also provides Yoga classes taught by professional instructors.
